🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (like launches or holidays), processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
📬 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times:

🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s policies before ordering.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
🛑 Delays or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please email us at veronica@thecoolreeds.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
🔄 Shipping Issues or Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately to request a correction.
